Keystone’s scope included engineering and design services to construct a 450 MMSCFD gas treating and compressor station near Encinal, TX. The facility receives and conditions produced gas from incoming pipelines. The facility consisted of incoming pipeline receivers, inlet slug catchers, an amine unit, glycol unity, compression, produced liquids handling system, fuel gas system, instrument air system, start air receiver, Control/MCC Building, PLC Control System, and Vent System.
