The project consists of approximately 502-mile 30-inch NGL pipeline extending from Midland, Texas, to an interconnection in Mont Belvieu, Texas. The pipeline is designed to transport up to 1.0 MMBPD and is rated for ANSI 600# class service. The system was engineered in accordance with ASME B31.4 and the applicable requirements of 49 CFR Part 195 governing hazardous liquid pipelines.

In addition to the mainline pipeline, the project includes the construction of two fully developed pump stations, two metering stations, 35 automated mainline valve sites. The design also accommodates six future pump station locations with three valve manifold launcher and receiver facilities to support potential system expansion. The scope further includes two 24-inch lateral pipelines providing connections to the Daytona and Grand Prix Pipeline systems.
